Accrington 1-0 Bristol Rovers

Accrington caretaker manager Leam Richardson saw his side defeat Bristol Rovers for their first win in five.

Richardson, who was placed in temporary charge after Paul Cook left for Chesterfield, almost saw his side go in front when Peter Murphy went close.

Rovers threatened at times and Tom Eaves forced keeper Ian Dunbavin into a number of fine saves.

However, Padraig Amond turned home Rommy Boco's cross to give Richardson a win in his first game in charge.
