Crewe 0-1 Yeovil

  • Published

Byron Webster's first-half strike was enough to beat Crewe and give Yeovil their third consecutive league win.

The Glovers did have the ball in the net early on, but Paddy Madden was ruled to be in an offside position.

However the goal did eventually come when Webster drove home a loose ball into the roof of the net.

The hosts went in search of a leveller, but away keeper Marek Stech was equal to efforts from both Mathias Pogba and Mark Ellis to secure his side victory.
