Mansfield Town have increased the capacity of their ground by more than 1,000 to just under 8,000 ahead of next month's FA Cup tie against Liverpool.
The One Call Stadium's previous capacity was 6,800.
But the ground will now be able to house 7,888 supporters for the third-round fixture game against the Premier League side on Sunday, 6 January.
The Stags beat fellow Blue Square Bet Premier club Lincoln City to set up the tie with the Merseyside giants.
