Colchester 1-3 Brentford

Brentford extended their unbeaten run to 10 matches with victory at struggling Colchester.

Marcello Trotta put the visitors in front before Josh Thompson was sent off for the U's for bringing down Clayton Donaldson and Adam Forshaw scored from the resulting free-kick.

Drey Wright pulled one back before the Bees had Tom Adeyemi sent off for a second booking prior to the break.

But Harlee Dean wrapped up victory with a late goal from close range.
