The two Trinity Shield matches scheduled for Saturday in Jersey have been rearranged for after Christmas.

The ties between St Martin and Trinity and Grouville and St Lawrence, were both postponed after heavy overnight rain left the pitches at Les Quennevais unplayable.

Only one match out of five in the annual inter-parish tournament so far has gone ahead.

Fixtures Secretary Steve Landick has now re-organised the schedule.

Revised Trinity Shield fixtures

Thursday 27 December - First Round

St Martin v Trinity

Saturday 29 December - Quarter-Finals

Grouville v St. Lawrence

St Clement v St Martin/Trinity

St Peter v St Brelade

St Saviour v St Ouen
