Guernsey Priaulx League leaders Belgrave Wanderers' hopes of making Jersey's Le Riche Cup final were dashed after losing 4-0 at Jersey Wanderers.

Jamie Mourant scored twice, and Matt Rondel and Jean-Gabin Moubeke got the others, as Wanderers won their semi-final clash at the Hockey Club.

With Jersey's island team representing England at the Uefa Regions' Cup, only one Premiership game was played.

St Ouen beat St Lawrence 2-1 to move out of the relegation zone.

Rupert Murray and a Tom Richardson penalty ensured a third successive win for the parish side.

A surprise defeat for First Tower United means runaway leaders Trinity are back in the Premiership after one season in the Championship.

St John beat Tower 2-0, while Logan McGhee scored twice as Trinity beat Sporting Academics 4-2 to register 12 wins out of 12.

Second-placed St Clement can still mathematically catch Trinity and take the title after Jay Curtis, Decio Nascimento and Michael Pereira scored in a 3-1 win over Magpies.

In the day's other match Decio Alves hit a hat-trick as Portuguese beat St Martin 4-2.
