Hamilton 2-1 Dumbarton

Steven May bagged a brace as Hamilton came from behind to beat Dumbarton at New Douglas Park.

The visitors went ahead after 12 minutes when James Lister rose highest to head home Scott Agnew's pin-point cross.

Bryan Prunty could have double the advantage soon after but failed to beat Kevin Cuthbert with a stinging drive.

The hosts finally rallied through Ziggy Gordon just after half-hour mark but his effort was pushed round the post by Stephen Grindlay.

Darian Mackinnon forced Grindlay into another save midway through the second half before May eventually levelled things up with a close-range finish on 79 minutes.

The Accies snatched the points six minutes later when May turned in Alister Crawford's corner.
