Jersey Scottish recorded a 3-1 extra-time win over 10-man St Paul's to make it to the Wheway Memorial Trophy final.
It is the third time in a week the two sides have met with Scottish winning all three encounters.
Jack Boyle's first-half free-kick gave Scots the lead but Jay Giles levelled matters with 15 minutes left.
Luke Watson saw red for St Paul's before Barry Keith and Boyle struck in extra-time to book Scottish a place in the final.
And in the final they will face Guernsey Northerners, who beat Jersey Wanderers last month.
Jersey Scottish have enjoyed a fruitful season so far, having won the Jeremie Cup, qualified for the Le Riche Cup final and currently sit 11 points clear at the top of the Jersey Combination table.
Elsewhere, in Jersey's Premiership Grouville's Bradley Russell and St Lawrence's Nathan Maguire traded goals in a 1-1 draw.
