Sheffield Wednesday have offered new deals to six players after securing their Championship status.

Goalkeeper Stephen Bywater, defenders Lewis Buxton and Miguel Llera, midfielders David Prutton, Giles Coke and winger Jermaine Johnson have been offered new contracts.

Goalkeeper Nicky Weaver and defender Julian Bennett have been released.

And midfielder Nejc Pecnik has left the club by mutual consent despite having a year left on his deal.

Youngsters Matthew Fletcher, Harry Grant and Bastien Hery have not been offered new deals at the club, with Hery having already agreed a contract with Rochdale.
