League One new boys Port Vale have agreed new contracts with four more of their promotion-winning team.

Former Wolves left-back Daniel Jones has signed a new two-year deal.

Vale team-mates Adam Yates, Louis Dodds and Ben Williamson have all agreed terms and will put pen to paper when they return from holiday.

Williamson will sign a two-year deal, while fellow striker Dodds and defender Yates have both been offered one-year deals, with an option for a second.

"It's great that all three have agreed to sign and reaffirm their commitment to the club," said Vale manager Micky Adams.

"We are continuing to speak to a number of players about contracts and hope to have more positive news sooner rather than later."

Winger Ashley Vincent has turned down the offer of a new two-year deal, while Adams is also waiting to hear back from five more players.
