Hibs boss Pat Fenlon bemoans player work ethic

Hibernian manager Pat Fenlon says his players need to work harder if they are to rise out of their slump, following their 1-1 draw with Dundee United.
Scott Robertson rescued a point as Stuart Armstrong had United ahead at the interval, then Kevin Thomson and Gavin Gunning were both dismissed.
"You've got to go and work hard, but we just didn't do it today," said a dejected Fenlon.
"It's about having the right attitude going into the game from the start."
The result guarantees Hibs their first point of the season, but before the red cards, Hibs were struggling with confidence and the home support were vocal in their dissatisfaction.
Fenlon was also critical of his players and their work ethic, but insisted it had nothing to do with a lack of confidence.
"From the sending off, we played well, but we can't wait for a sending off to get us going," said Fenlon.
"Our first-half performance was scandalous, we didn't do enough. We weren't in their faces, we didn't win second balls. We just didn't do enough around the pitch - and that goes for everybody.
"We need to work harder, and it's not a confidence thing. It's not about working - you work hard whether you're confident or not.
"It's about working hard for the team and as a human. We should have been hurting from Tynecastle last week - I know I was - we should have got started and upped the gears, and we didn't."
Despite the late show from his players, Fenlon was pleased that the players have finally earned a point and hopes it will push them forward and kickstart their season.
"We've got a point on the board and we hope that'll give them a bit of confidence," he said.
"But you have to go into games and start properly, which we didn't do today. We have to go out next week and start on the front foot."
