Manchester United: David Moyes seeks handball clarification

Manchester United boss David Moyes says there needs to be clarification on what constitutes handball after his side were denied a penalty against Chelsea.
A shot from United midfielder Tom Cleverley struck Chelsea's Frank Lampard on the arm in the second half of their goalless draw at Old Trafford.
Referee Martin Atkinson waved away United's appeal for a spot-kick.
"It's a situation where the referees are not sure judging what is handball and what isn't," Moyes told BBC Sport.
"I think the referee had a good game, but I don't think the managers are quite sure either."
Moyes felt his side played more positively than Chelsea, who started the game without a recognised striker.
The United boss fielded Robin van Persie, Wayne Rooney and Danny Welbeck in attack.
"I thought we played very well but couldn't get the final cross in to get the final chance in front of goal," Moyes added.
"We put three forwards out but Chelsea made it hard to score. I am frustrated we didn't get all three points but we'll take the point."
Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho, who wants United striker Wayne Rooney to decide whether he will join Chelsea in the next 24 hours, accepted a point was a fair result for both sides.
"I think it was a match that no-one deserved to win, and no-one deserved to lose," Mourinho told BBC Sport.
"You want to win but both teams think defensively too. No-one will cry at the result.
"For the fans, and the people watching, one goal would have been better but tactically it was a good match.
"I am a bit frustrated because we were not good with the simple things. We lost the ball.
"The moment we wanted to create and counter attack I think that we lost so many easy passes and were not fluent."
