Blackpool and Blackburn have been charged by the Football Association for failing to control their players during Saturday's 2-2 draw at Bloomfield Road.

A late challenge from Rovers striker DJ Campbell on home goalkeeper Matt Gilks sparked a mass brawl late in the match.

Campbell was shown a red card by referee Paul Tierney, as was young Blackpool full-back Jack Robinson for his part in the resulting melee.

The two Lancashire clubs have until Monday to respond to their charges.
