Cardiff City manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer happy with 'perfect' start

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer was delighted by a "perfect" start to his new career as Cardiff City manager.
Substitutes Craig Noone and Fraizer Campbell scored as his side came from a goal down to beat Newcastle in the FA Cup third round at St James' Park.
Solskjaer, who replaced former boss Malky Mackay on 2 January, said: "It is not about me, it's a perfect start for the new times.
"The lads had a lot to deal with and it's nice to start with a Cup win."
The Norwegian was recruited by Cardiff after Mackay fell out with controversial club owner Vincent Tan.
But a first win in five games will give Cardiff fans hope Solskjaer can also steer them away from Premier League relegation fears with the club a point above the bottom three.
Two-time FA Cup winner Solskjaer, 40, was a formidable substitute striker for his former club Manchester United and two of his three changes helped secure the win as the Bluebirds came back from Papiss Cisse's opener with two second-half strikes.
"When you turn a game around, it is fantastic," he added. "The best feeling you have in games is when you really deserve it and they did today.
"You want players that can make an impact, when I put Fraizer on we knew about his pace and agility."
Asked if he was ever fed up of being a super sub at United, he replied: "No. I was part of a great team, and I enjoyed doing my best whenever I got my chance and that's the message to the players. Come on and make an impact.
"It pleased me a lot when we went 1-0 down that they showed character and the way they dug themselves back into the game. We didn't stop playing, and then of course there were two fantastic pieces of skill, a great header from Fraizer and the goal from Noone was something else."
Despite Campbell scoring the winner, Solskjaer said he would still not forgive his former United team-mate for not passing to him for a goal in his testimonial.
"Never, ever and he knows it, not even after the winner," a buoyant Solskjaer joked. "That was my crowning moment, but he scored himself and he wanted the headlines. I mentioned it to him, don't worry."
Former Molde boss Solskjaer said the win was the perfect foundation to build on, but would not be drawn on specifics as to where he would recruit new players despite having funds at his disposal.
"We have a solid foundation here, it's the longest and hardest season in any football country so the depth of the squad is something I'm looking at because the quality is there," he said. "Maybe we need some additions to blend in."
