His opponent for the weekend Premier League fixtures and FA Cup sixth round ties is Bastille drummer Chris 'Woody' Wood.

As well as helping his band win the British Breakthrough Act award at this year's Brits, 'Woody' is a lifelong Plymouth fan who co-commentated on Argyle's 2-1 win over Dagenham & Redbridge last month for BBC Radio Devon.

"I was indoctrinated as a five-year-old thanks to my dad dragging me along to games and I have been a Green ever since," he told BBC Sport.

"Being an Argyle fan has had its ups and downs - and mostly downs in recent years. It has been a turbulent few seasons with constant relegation battles that we have not always won, but we seem to have turned it around this season."

Now the commentator has turned predictor and Wood is confident of beating Lawro and featuring near the top of the guest leaderboard.

"Lawro is bang in trouble, let's be honest," Wood added. "This is probably going to come back and haunt me but, weirdly, I am not too bad at guessing scores."

A correct result is worth ONE point. A correct score earns THREE points.

Last weekend, Lawro got four correct results from eight Premier League games, with no perfect scores. His tally of four was beaten by comedian Tim Key, who got six correct results, with two perfect scores, giving him 10 points.

Both Lawro and Tim correctly guessed the winner of the Capital One Cup final but that does not count towards their weekly total or the averages for the season.

Any points earned for the two Premier League games (Manchester United vs Manchester City and Sunderland v West Brom) which were postponed because City and Sunderland were playing at Wembley will be added after the matches take place.

We're keeping a record of the totals for Lawro and his guests (below), and showing a table of how the Premier League would look if all of Lawro's predictions were correct (at the bottom of the page).

LAWRO'S PREDICTIONS

All kick-offs 15:00 GMT and in the Premier League unless otherwise stated.

SATURDAY

Arsenal 4-1 Everton (FA Cup)

Lawro's prediction: 1-1 (Arsenal to win replay)

Woody's prediction: Basically I have got a bit of an issue with Arsenal because their fans moan all the time about not winning stuff. Try being a Plymouth fan and having your club go into administration and nearly not exist. 1-2

Match report

West Brom 0-3 Man Utd

Lawro's prediction: 0-2

Woody's prediction: This is a tough one. United have not been in the greatest of form recently. I think they will go ahead but choke. 1-1

Match report

Cardiff 3-1 Fulham

Lawro's prediction: 1-1

Woody's prediction: Fulham have got a new manager who is a bit of a dictator, or so I hear. Maybe he will frighten them into a result. 0-1

Match report

Crystal Palace 0-1 Southampton

Lawro's prediction: 2-1

Woody's prediction: I am a little bit biased here because Tony Pulis kept Argyle up a few years ago. His sides are quite hard to beat. 0-0

Match report

Norwich 1-1 Stoke

Lawro's prediction: 1-1

Woody's prediction: 2-1

Match report

Chelsea 4-0 Tottenham

Lawro's prediction: 2-0

Woody's prediction: Jose Mourinho is great. When he was not in the Premier League I think the media missed him with his outspoken comments - he is a character.

Chelsea are not doing too well up front at the moment but they are at home and I think their strikers will turn it round. 3-2

Match report

SUNDAY

Sheff Utd 2-0 Charlton (FA Cup)

Lawro's prediction: 1-0

Woody's prediction: 2-3

Match report

Hull 3-0 Sunderland (FA Cup)

Lawro's prediction: 1-0

Woody's prediction: 2-2 (Sunderland to win the replay)

Match report

Man City 1-2 Wigan (FA Cup)

Lawro's prediction: 3-0

Woody's prediction: 4-0
