Dagenham & Redbridge winger Zavon Hines faces long spell out

Dagenham & Redbridge winger Zavon Hines will be sidelined for up to a year after suffering anterior cruciate knee ligament damage.
The club say Hines had surgery after experiencing problems in training and will be out for at least six months.
The 25-year-old suffered a similar injury in 2009, while at West Ham.
"He's been through this before, so he knows the procedure in regards to recovery," Daggers physiotherapist John Gowens told the club's website., external
"Psychologically he will be in a stronger position than someone who hasn't had this type of injury and he's also ready for what's ahead.
"Zavon is a positive person and I'm sure he will make a full recovery and I am also sure that he will be back soon."
