Relegated Bristol Rovers will face play-off semi-finalists Grimsby Town on the opening day of the new Conference Premier season.
Torquay United, who also dropped out of League Two last term, begin with a 385-mile trip to Gateshead, who lost the play-off final at Wembley in May.
Conference North champions AFC Telford travel to Welling, while South division winners Eastleigh start at Nuneaton.
The new season gets underway on Saturday, 9 August.
Dover, who were also promoted from the South, host play-off semi-finalists Halifax and North play-off winners Altrincham travel to Aldershot.
Chester, who avoided relegation following Hereford United's expulsion from the Football Conference, play Barnet at home.
And Dartford, who also earned a reprieve at the expense of Salisbury, host Wrexham.
Kidderminster, who reached the fourth round of the FA Cup last season, start with a trip to Lincoln and Macclesfield host Braintree.
Meanwhile, Southport host Forest Green and Alfreton take on Woking.
The final day of the regular season will be on Saturday, 25 April 2014.
