Swansea City left-back Neil Taylor says his side's recent run of form will help add momentum to Wales' Euro 2016 campaign.

The Swans maintained their 100% start to the Premier League season with an impressive 3-0 win over West Brom.

Taylor will now join up with Wales ahead of their Euro 2016 qualifier against Andorra on 9 September.

"It's always important I feel to go into an international break with a win," Taylor said.

"It's great for us going into an international break off winning three games.

"It feels good, you're not down in the dumps away from home and worried about what's going on at your club.

"For Wales, if everyone's there, then we've got a great chance. It's a start where we want to do really, really well out in Andorra."

Wales' opening qualifier could be switched to a different country if Andorra cannot fix the new pitch at the rebuilt national stadium.

Fifa tests have shown the ball rolls too fast on the 3G artificial surface and a final decision is expected early this week.

Taylor and team-mate Ashley Williams will join up with Wales on the back of Swansea's fourth successive win of the season.

Two goals from Nathan Dyer and a spectacular Wayne Routledge effort saw Swansea beat West Brom at the Liberty Stadium on Saturday.

Despite their early season form the pair have not been selected by England manager Roy Hodgson for the games against Norway and Switzerland.

Taylor, who has won 14 international caps, believes Swansea players have been overlooked by England because they are based in Wales.

"Our two wingers have been unbelievable so far," Taylor said.

"Nathan is a winger on three goals in the Premier League after three games and that gets overlooked.

"I think they may get overlooked being down here at this club.

"Even in the first couple of years in the Premier League when Leon Britton was playing well [he] was overlooked.

"There was talk of Scott Sinclair a few years ago when he did so well here but still got overlooked."
