Swindon Town moved up to second as they extended their unbeaten run in League One to six games with a comfortable victory over Leyton Orient.

Dean Cox went close for the O's when his shot was headed away, but Michael Smith put the visitors ahead after he was sent clear by Massimo Luongo.

Nathan Byrne's right-foot shot extended the lead a minute into the second half.

Darius Henderson headed in Scott Cuthbert's cross in injury time, but Orient stay winless at home this term.

"I thought we played really well again.

"For 75 minutes I thought we were outstanding. In the last 15 minutes we were not as good as we could have been - the game should have been over by then.

"Some of the football was amazing. They're young players and they're getting better and better.

"To come to places like this, which can be hostile, and deal with it is a big achievement for us."
