Southport 1-0 Welling United

A last-gasp strike from Joe Connor gave Southport victory over nine-man Welling United.

Wings goalkeeper Jamie Turner was sent off just before the break for stamping on Southport striker Richard Brodie.

Connor broke the deadlock in the 94th minute when he swept Brodie's cross past substitute keeper Jonathan Henly and into the bottom left hand corner.

Welling player-manager Jamie Day then saw red for violent conduct deep into stoppage time.
