Che Adams: Crewe Alexandra lead race for Ilkeston FC striker

Ilkeston FC striker Che Adams is being monitored by Championship and Premier League clubs and has been the subject of a bid from League One side Crewe Alexandra, reports BBC Radio Derby.

Adams, who came through the academy at the Evo-Stik Northern Premier League club, has been watched by dozens of Football League scouts in recent weeks.

The 18-year-old has already scored nine goals this season.

Ilkeston are managed by former Chelsea and Derby County forward Kevin Wilson.
