Arjen Robben's first-half goal led Bayern Munich back to winning ways at Hertha Berlin.

Dutchman Robben struck for the Bundesliga leaders, who lost 3-2 at Manchester City in the Champions League on Tuesday, just before the half-hour mark with a curled effort.

Hertha barely threatened and instead it was all Bayern, with Robert Lewandowski twice denied from close range.

German champions Bayern are 10 points clear at the top of the standings.

Wolfsburg, who are second, play Borussia Moenchengladbach on Sunday.
