Maurice Malpas has been assistant manager at Dundee United, Motherwell, Inverness and Hibs
Former Scotland and Dundee United defender Maurice Malpas has joined Raith Rovers as director of football.
The 52-year-old was sacked as assistant manager at Hibernian in June following the Edinburgh club's relegation to the Championship via the play-offs.
He has managerial experience with Motherwell and Swindon.

The creation of the post follows on from Alan Young succeeding Turnbull Hutton as chairman at the Kirkcaldy club.
