Danielle Carter scored a hat-trick as FA Women's Cup holders Arsenal thrashed Women's Super League Two side Millwall 7-0 to progress to the quarter-finals.
Chelsea's Marija Banusic scored a treble in their 6-0 win over Watford, Manchester City overcame Doncaster 3-1 and Notts County beat Tottenham 4-0.
Aston Villa and Charlton Athletic are the only sides outside the top flight so far to reach the last eight.
WSL 2 side and 2014 finalists Everton host Bristol Academy on Tuesday.
Villa beat Premier League Northern Division leaders Sheffield FC 2-0, with Olivia Fergusson coming off the bench to score one and help set up the other.
Fergusson was fouled in the box and Katie Wilkinson opened the scoring from the spot before the substitute added a second three minutes later.
Premier League Southern side Charlton got the better of Northern Division high-flyers Coventry City 2-1 away from home.
Meanwhile, Ji So-Yun opened the scoring early for Chelsea, with Banusic grabbing a first-half brace, netting either side of Gemma Davison's penalty after the former Liverpool winger was tripped by Watford's Emily Heaslip.
Sweden international forward Banusic competed her treble and fellow Blues debutant Millie Bright added a sixth.
Nikita Parris scored a brace on her Manchester City debut and an injury-time goal from Toni Duggan was enough to get past Doncaster.
At Meadow Lane, Ellen White marked her competitive return for Notts County with the second of their goals against Spurs after she had set Sophie Walton up for the opener. Fiona O'Sullivan netted twice late on to add gloss to the result.
Arsenal, the 13-time FA Cup winners, piled the pressure on early with Natalia Pablos Sanchon hitting the post before Carter opened the scoring on 18 minutes.
The striker could have added to her tally soon after, hitting the crossbar, only for goals from Lianne Sanderson and Jordan Nobbs to make it 3-0 at the break.
Carter completed her treble after the break, while Pablos Sanchon and Carla Humphrey goals completed the heavy win.
