A lot of hard work still to do - Pearson

Leicester boss Nigel Pearson says his side must not be complacent after four consecutive victories which lifted them out of the Premier League bottom three for the first time since November.

Their latest win, 1-0 at bottom side Burnley, saw the Foxes swap places with Sunderland, who drew 1-1 at Stoke.

"To win four on the trot is a good achievement," Pearson, 51, said.

"But I am aware people may start feeling the emphasis of our pressure has changed and that is nonsense."

Pearson, who was tipped to be sacked in February after a run of four successive defeats, told BBC Sport: "It's always a difficult league to be successful in and we've got a lot of hard work to do.

"If people think the hard work's done, they're in for a shock."

Leicester are a point above third-bottom Sunderland and their next three games - against leaders Chelsea, Newcastle and Southampton - are all at home.

"With five games to go it is important to keep our fate in our hands, so we have a lot of difficult games to play," Pearson added.

"At this stage of the season it is about getting the right results."
