Bristol Rovers keeper Will Puddy conceded only once in the Pirates' Conference play-off run

Bristol Rovers goalkeeper Will Puddy has signed a one-year contract extension with the League Two side.

The 27-year-old made 18 appearances for Rovers as they won promotion from the Conference last season.

Former Cheltenham Town youngster Puddy signed for the Pirates in August 2014 after his previous club, Salisbury City, went out of business.

"I'm pleased he has accepted the offer of a new contract," said Rovers manager Darrell Clarke
