England and Notts County defender Alex Greenwood insists she can not afford a post-Women's World Cup "jolly" as she prepares to face Sunderland on Sunday.

Greenwood, 21, was the youngest member of England's bronze-medal winning team.

She returned to training on Friday, 24 hours after meeting the Duke of Cambridge and stopping in for coffee with Prime Minister David Cameron.

"I'm here to do a job. It is not about having a jolly up after the World Cup," Greenwood told BBC Sport.

"It has been lovely and I enjoyed all that stuff - and you should enjoy it because it is a reward, but if you don't keep winning football matches, those rewards don't come.

"It is back to business. We need to get a win on Sunday."

The Lady Magpies sit third in the Women's Super League One table, just three points adrift of Chelsea at the summit.

Sunderland, one of two top-flight sides that did not have a player at this summer's World Cup, are two points behind Notts in fourth place.

With the Women's FA Cup final against Chelsea to look forward to on 1 August and the start of the Continental Cup later this month, Greenwood admits attention quickly shifted from finishing third at the World Cup to a dreams of a treble with Notts.

"We want to win the FA Cup final, win the league and Continental Cup - every competition that we are in - and qualify for the Champions League," she said.

"The focus for me is to keep winning and progressing as a player and a team."
