Kidderminster Harriers have signed teenage West Bromwich Albion winger Andre Wright on a youth loan deal.

The 18-year-old, who is yet to play for the first team at The Hawthorns, has been a regular in the Baggies' Under-21 and Under-18 sides.

He will stay with the National League side until 2 January.

Wright is Harriers' sixth signing of the summer and is set for his debut in Saturday's opening fixture of the season at home against Grimsby.

He joins another Albion loanee, goalkeeper Alex Palmer, at Aggborough along with new permanent recruits keeper Dean Snedker, defenders Kelvin Langmead and Lathaniel Rowe-Turner, midfielder Joe Clarke.

Wright's arrival is the latest effort by the club to maximise their limited budget after financial problems last term undermined their bid to win promotion back to the Football League.
