Premier League side Norwich City have had a third bid for Wolves striker Benik Afobe rejected.

The Championship club issued a statement last week, external saying neither the 22-year-old "nor any of Wolves' first-team forward players will be sold this season", and said nothing had changed.

Afobe has scored 16 goals in 26 appearances for Kenny Jackett's side since joining from Arsenal in January.

Norwich also recently had a bid turned down for Stoke forward Jon Walters.

Meanwhile, Canaries forward Lewis Grabban has been the subject of interest himself, with the club turning down two bids from fellow Premier League side Bournemouth.

But club-record signing Ricky van Wolfswinkel scored his second goal since arriving at Carrow Road for £8.5m last summer against Rotherham in the League Cup on Tuesday.
