FC Halifax Town 1-1 Kidderminster Harriers

  • Published

Kidderminster Harriers earned a point for new boss Tim Flowers in his first National League game in charge.

Harriers went ahead when Gurjit Singh headed home Aman Verma's cross before Reece Styche almost made it 2-0.

Sheffield United loanee CJ Hamilton levelled for Halifax Town when he latched on to Josh MacDonald's pass and shot past Alex Palmer at the near post.

Both sides had late chances to win, but the Harriers' search for their first victory of the season goes on.

They remain bottom of the National League, with four points from their first nine matches.
