Salford City's home match against Notts County in the FA Cup first round will be broadcast live on BBC Two on Friday, 6 November from 19:30 GMT.
Coverage of the match, a 19:55 kick-off, will be presented by Dan Walker.
Northern Premier League Premier Division side Salford, who are part-owned by five former Manchester United players, beat Southport to reach the first round proper for the first time.
League Two Notts County entered the competition at this round.
United assistant manager Ryan Giggs, the Neville brothers Gary and Phil, Paul Scholes and Nicky Butt agreed a deal to take over Salford - who are in the seventh tier of English league football - in March 2014.
The BBC follows their involvement with the club in Class Of '92: Out Of Their League, a documentary to be broadcast on Thursday at 21:00 GMT on BBC One.
"I'm sure it will be a packed crowd under the lights at Moor Lane next Friday night and we're all hoping to be there to cheer the boys on," Phil Neville said.
"Notts County will obviously start as favourites, but it's the FA Cup and anything can happen."
Highlights of all of Saturday's games will be available on the BBC Sport website from 17:15 GMT, while Football Focus will broadcast live from the pick of the day's games.
Final Score on Sunday will feature coverage of eight further ties from 14:00 GMT, all the goals and action as it happens.
A 90-minute highlights programme will then round up all the weekend's games from 18:30 GMT on Sunday on BBC Two.
