Tony Pulis: West Brom manager charged with improper conduct

West Brom manager Tony Pulis has been charged with improper conduct by the Football Association.

The charge relates to an incident in the tunnel area after Pulis's side were beaten 3-2 by Leicester on Saturday.

Pulis admitted he had a "bit of a go" at referee Anthony Taylor over two failed penalty appeals.

The 57-year-old is alleged to have "used language and/or behaviour in or around the tunnel area which amounts to improper conduct".

He has until 18:00 GMT on Thursday to respond to the charge.

Pulis was angry at his side not getting penalties for challenges on Jonny Evans and Darren Fletcher during the Premier League match at The Hawthorns.

"I've had a little bit of a go in the tunnel with him. I apologised for doing that," said Pulis.

The Baggies boss added that he would speak to referees' chief Mike Riley about Taylor's decisions in the game.
