Plymouth Argyle have signed 20-year-old Crystal Palace centre-back Luke Croll on loan until 2 January.

Croll, who can also play at left-back, has yet to make his senior debut but was an unused substitute in Palace's Premier League win at Watford in September.

He is the second Palace player to join Plymouth on loan, following midfielder Hiram Boateng's move in July.

Argyle also signed Brighton goalkeeper Christian Walton on loan on Thursday.
