Carrick Rangers have suffered their eighth home postponement this season with Tuesday's game against Dungannon off because of a waterlogged pitch.

It was a familiar scene at the Belfast Loughshore Arena at lunchtime, with the referee calling the match off following an inspection.

A new date for the Premiership encounter has yet to be confirmed.

Carrick have played just one match at their home venue since 31 October and face a fixtures backlog.
