Bromley 0-2 Torquay United

  • Published

Torquay completed a great escape with two National League games to spare after a decisive victory at Bromley.

The Gulls were 12 points adrift of safety in late February but have won nine out of their past 15 league games.

An unmarked Angus MacDonald headed the visitors ahead inside the first 10 minutes from Luke Young's corner.

Courtney Richards' second-half free-kick sealed the win after Ali Fuseini collected a second booking for the hosts and Bradley Goldberg hit the bar.
