Dan Butler: Torquay United left-back leaves club after rejecting new contract

Dan Butler made 54 appearances for Portsmouth before moving to Plainmoor
Torquay United left-back Dan Butler has left the National League club after turning down a new contract.
The 21-year-old, who can also play in midfield, started all but one of the Devon side's league games last season.
The former Aldershot loanee joined the Gulls last summer after spending three years with Portsmouth.
"We made Dan a very good offer to be part of this squad, to continue his growth and help us achieve our aims," said player-boss Kevin Nicholson., external
"He chose to move to another club, and he goes with our very best wishes."
