Blackburn came from 2-0 down to beat Crewe after extra-time and reach the third round of the EFL Cup.

Shane Duffy, who has scored three own goals this season, headed the winner for the Championship's bottom club.

Crewe's Billy Bingham had fired in from 30 yards and Chris Dagnall tapped home before Hope Akpan reduced the deficit.

Scott Wharton bundled in and Craig Conway volleyed home to put Rovers 3-2 up, before Dagnall's 20-yard strike took the match into extra-time.
