Scotland kept alive their hopes of reaching a first major finals since 1998 with a late winner against Slovakia at Hampden on Thursday.

They now head to Ljubljana for Sunday afternoon's final match against Slovenia in Group F almost certainly needing a win to keep alive their hopes of reaching the play-offs for the 2018 World Cup finals in Russia.

With England having won the group, if second-placed Scotland draw in the Balkans, they will have to rely on lowly Malta beating Slovakia to avoid being leapfrogged at the last minute by Jan Kozak's men.

Bournemouth midfielder Ryan Fraser has had to pull out of the trip to Slovenia because of injury but otherwise it's the same players available to Gordon Strachan as for the win over Slovakia.

How would you set up your Scotland team for the game against Slovenia? Choose your formation, pick your starting XI and share with your pals.
