Wales Under-21 beat Armenia in their final game of their Uefa European Under-21 Championship qualifying campaign.

Ellis Harrison put Wales ahead after 18 minutes and their lead was then doubled by an own goal after the break.

Aram Shakhnazaryan put the ball into his own net to send Wales 2-0 up but Armenia broke back a minute later.

Artem Simonyan scored to set up a tense finale but Tommy O'Sullivan netted late on to seal victory for the visitors.

Wales could not qualify for next summer's finals in Poland after they were defeated by group winners Denmark and drew against Luxembourg in September.
