Bob Bradley: Swansea City have to be resilient, says manager

Manager Bob Bradley was left frustrated by Swansea City's lack of resilience in their 3-1 defeat at West Brom.

Bradley's side conceded three goals in a 13-minute period having been the better team in the first half.

Swansea remain in the Premier League's relegation zone, three points from safety and Bradley is far from happy.

"If we're playing well and somehow we go down that doesn't mean the game's over and doesn't change everything," Bradley said.

"There's something about resiliency and mentality that when you want points on the road you have to be able to fight for some tough stretches.

"You have to give yourself a chance at the end by not conceding quickly after you've given up a goal or not giving up goals as we've done at the end of a half or the beginning of a half.

"There are certain things that become so important when you play away matches. Right now were hurting ourselves with those type of errors."

Swansea, on the back of a crucial 3-0 win over Sunderland on Saturday, were the more assured and composed in possession in the first half at the Hawthorns.

But the home side transformed their fortunes after the break with Salomon Rondon scoring a hat-trick before Wayne Routledge scored a late consolation.

Swansea travel to Middlesbrough on Saturday and face a side one place and three points above them in the table.
