Kyle McAllister: Derby County sign St Mirren winger for undisclosed fee

Derby County have signed teenage Scottish winger Kyle McAllister from St Mirren for an undisclosed fee.

The 18-year-old, who made his debut for the Scottish Championship club in February 2016 less than a month after his 17th birthday, has signed a three-and-a-half-year contract.

Scotland youth international McAllister has played 14 games this season, scoring one goal.

Rams manager Steve McClaren said McAllister is one for "the future".

He said: "Kyle turned 18 last week, so now we have him on board we will look to develop him."
