31 July

Chesterfield have signed former Barnet defender Sam Muggleton on a one-year contract with the option of a further year. The 22-year-old has previously played under manager Martin Allen at Barnet and Gillingham.

Wolves defender Ben Goodliffe has joined Dagenham & Redbridge on loan until January. Goodliffe, 19, previously had a brief loan spell in the National League with Boreham Wood in early 2017.

30 July

AFC Fylde have signed French striker Gime Toure on a short-term deal. The 24-year-old failed to score in 11 league appearances for Macclesfield last season.

Salford City have signed former Carlisle United forward James Hooper on a one-year contract following a trial.

29 July

Solihull Moors have signed AFC Telford United forward Jordan Murphy and free agent winger Dan Sweeney for the 2018-19 National League season.

Maidenhead United have re-signed winger James Mulley, who joined Hampton & Richmond in February after almost three years with the Magpies.

27 July

Gateshead have signed 20-year-old goalkeeper Aynsley Pears on a season-long loan from Championship side Middlesbrough.

Maidstone United have agreed a deal with former Norwich City Michee Efete. The 21-year-old defender, who graduated from Crystal Palace's academy, joins the Stones on a one-year contract.

Colchester United's Junior Ogedi-Uzokwe, 24, has joined Bromley on loan until the end of the season.

Barnet have signed former Barrow striker Byron Harrison. The 31-year-old was on loan at Sutton last season, scoring four goals in 10 National League appearances.

26 July

Boreham Wood have signed goalkeeper Ryan Huddart, 21, after he was released by Arsenal at the end of last season.

Ipswich Town's 20-year-old defender Chris Smith has signed for Aldershot Town on a loan deal until 29 December.

25 July

Dagenham have signed Colchester United defender Will Wright on a season-long loan. The 21-year-old can play at either centre-back or right-back.

Dover Athletic have agreed a deal to sign forward David Smith. The 19-year-old is a former Maidstone United academy player.

Aldershot Town have re-signed midfielder James Rowe on a one-year contract. The 26-year-old made 43 appearances for The Shots last season.

24 July

Birmingham City defender Dominic Bernard has signed for Aldershot on a six-month loan deal. The 21-year-old can play at either left-back or centre-back.

AFC Fylde have signed winger Ashley Hemmings, 27, from fellow National League side Salford on a two-year deal.

Former New York Red Bulls centre-back Tim Schmoll has joined Dover Athletic following a short trial. The 25-year-old Swiss defender finished last season with Aldershot Town.

23 July

Barnet have signed forward Josh Walker, 20, on a two-year contract after a successful trial. The former Tottenham and Fulham trainee scored 20 goals for Hendon last season.

21 July

Bromley have signed winger Reece Meekums following a successful trial period in pre-season. The 19-year-old, who can play across the front line, has featured for Brighton & Hove Albion's youth teams in the past two seasons.

Former Chelsea youngster Nortei Nortey, 23, has signed a new one-year deal with Dover Athletic, where the midfielder made 33 appearances last season.

20 July

Winger Ravi Shamsi has joined Maidenhead United after a trial period over pre-season. Shamsi was with Southern League side Chesham United last season.

AFC Fylde have signed Dunfermline midfielder Joe Cardle, 31, on a two-year contract. Cardle started his career with Port Vale but has spent the past decade playing in Scotland.

Gateshead have signed goalkeeper Mark Foden, 22, following his release by Scottish club Ross County, and former Wrexham striker, Scott Boden, 28, both on one-year deals.

Millwall midfielder Harry Donovan, 20, has joined Dagenham & Redbridge on a youth loan until 2 January.

Former Norwich City striker Grant Holt, 37, has ended his player-coach contract with Barrow by mutual consent, after making 23 appearances for the club last season.

Harrogate Town have re-signed Leeds United defender Liam Kitching, 18, on a six-month loan deal after he played 10 games for them in 2017-18.

19 July

Solihull Moors left-back Jamie Reckord has agreed a new deal to stay at the club until the end of the 2018-19 season.

Salford City have signed striker Adam Rooney from Aberdeen for an undisclosed fee. The 30-year-old, who scored 87 goals in 194 appearances for the Scottish Premiership side, has agreed a three-year deal. (Read more)

Barrow have signed winger Lee Molyneux, who made 24 appearances for Guiseley last season in the National League and FA Cup before a loan spell at Chorley.

18 July

League One side Burton Albion have loaned striker Marcus Dinanga to Hartlepool United for the season.

The 21-year-old is yet to make his first-team debut for the Brewers but has had prolific spells at Matlock and Telford.

17 July

Championship club Bristol City have loaned 19-year-old midfielder George Dowling to Eastleigh until 6 January 2019.

16 July

Barrow have signed midfielder Jason Taylor and former Oldham defender Brian Wilson.

Striker Lee Shaw has signed for Chesterfield on a two-year contract. The 24-year-old's deal includes an option for a further year.

Salford City have signed midfielder Danny Lloyd from League One club Peterborough United for an undisclosed fee, on a three-year contract. (Read more)

Middlesbrough have loaned 22-year-old forward Luke Armstrong to Gateshead on a season-long deal.

13 July

Gateshead have signed midfielders Cameron Salkeld and Lewis Maloney on one-year contracts. Winger Salkeld, 19, was previously with Carlisle while Maloney, 23, was with Middlesbrough.

Hartlepool have brought in 23-year-old striker Luke James from Forest Green Rovers.

AFC Fylde have signed Danny Philliskirk, 27, on a two-year contract following the attacking midfielder's summer departure from Blackpool.

12 July

Barrow have signed former Middlesbrough defender Matthew Elsdon, 21, who made eight appearances on loan at Scottish Championship side Inverness last season.

Dover Athletic have signed former Barrow defender Moussa Diarra, 28, who joins on an undisclosed contract. He will be reunited with former team-mate Bedsente Gomis, who also made the move to The Crabble from Barrow earlier this month.

11 July

Barrow have signed former Oldham and Morecambe striker Rhys Turner on a one-year contract.

10 July

Former Forest Green striker Shamir Mullings, 24, had joined Maidstone United on a one-year contract.

Wrexham have re-signed Huddersfield Town forward Rekeil Pyke, 20, on a season-long loan deal. (Read more)

Maidstone United have signed former Bournemouth striker Joe Quigley on a one-year deal. The 21-year-old, who did not make a senior appearance for the Cherries, spent the second half of last season on loan at Boreham Wood.

8 July

Barrow have signed defender Connor Brown, 25, who played 23 games for Guiseley in 2017-18 before ending the season on loan at York City.

6 July

Hartlepool United have signed 18-year-old former MK Dons trainee full-back Peter Kioso, who most recently played for Southern League Premier Division side Dunstable Town.

Defender Ejiro Okosieme, 25, has agreed a new contract with Dover Athletic after nine appearances in the National League last season.

FC Halifax Town have signed former Fulham and Wolves youngster Mekhi Leacock-McLeod, 21, following the forward's departure from Accrington Stanley.

Wrexham have signed goalkeeper Rob Lainton, 28, on loan from League Two club Port Vale for the 2018-19 season. (Read more)

Boreham Wood have signed midfielder Connor Smith after the Irishman had his contract at Yeovil cancelled by mutual consent. The 25-year-old scored once in 28 appearances for the Glovers last season.

Dagenham & Redbridge have signed former Ipswich Town midfielder James Blanchfield, 20, on a one-year deal.

Wrexham have signed Luke Summerfield, 30, on a one-year deal after the midfielder was released by Grimsby Town. (Read more)

National League newcomers Salford City will host ex-English Football League side Leyton Orient in their first match of the 2018-19 season on 4 August. (Read more)

Bromley midfielder Frankie Sutherland has signed a new contract with the club. The 24-year-old former QPR player made 33 league appearances for the Ravens last season.

FC Halifax Town have re-signed Bradford City defender Jacob Hanson on loan until January 2019. The 20-year-old featured twice during a stint with the Shaymen last season.

3 July

Hartlepool United have signed left-back Mark Kitching from Rochdale. The 22-year-old former Middlesbrough trainee scored twice in 23 appearances for the Dale last season.

Harrogate Town captain Josh Falkingham, midfielder Liam Agnew and defender Warren Burrell have all signed new contracts with the club.

New Wrexham boss Sam Ricketts has appointed experienced Wigan Athletic coach Graham Barrow to be his assistant manager at the Racecourse Ground. (Read more)

Aldershot Town have signed midfielder Regan Booty on a season-long loan from Huddersfield Town. The 20-year-old, who captains the Terriers' under-23 side, has yet to make a senior appearance for the Premier League club.

Dover Athletic have signed 30-year-old French midfielder Bedsente Gomis from fellow National League club Barrow. The former Sutton United player scored five times in 43 appearances last season.

Meanwhile, goalkeeper Chris Lewington has signed a new one-year contract extension with Chris Kinnear's side. Lewington, 29, joined Dover from Welling United last August.

Solihull Moors have signed goalkeeper Ryan Boot on a one-year deal following his release by Port Vale. The 23-year-old made 28 appearances for the League Two Valiants last season.

2 July

National League newcomers Salford City have signed midfielder Jake Lawlor from Guiseley. The 27-year-old made 21 league appearances for the Lions last season, but finished the campaign on loan at AFC Fylde.

Dagenham & Redbridge have signed Newport County forward Lamar Reynolds on a one-year deal. The 22-year-old joined the Welsh side last summer after a successful spell at Jamie Vardy's 'V9 Academy.'

Gateshead left-back Scott Barrow has signed a new one-year deal to keep him with the club. The Welsh defender made 46 appearances for the Tynesiders last season.

Solihull Moors have signed Birmingham City midfielder Luke Maxwell on loan until January 2019. The move is the 20-year-old's third loan spell since joining Blues from Kidderminster Harriers in January 2016.

Wrexham have signed striker Mike Fondop-Talom on a two-year deal. The 24-year-old from Cameroon had spent the second half of last season at FC Halifax Town, for whom he scored four goals in 12 games. (Read more)

Aldershot have signed 29-year-old former Wycombe Wanderers right-back Marvin McCoy, midfielder Luke Howell from Dagenham & Redbridge and Kenyan defender Josh Lelan from Crawley Town. Howell, 31, has previously played in the Football League for the Daggers, Gillingham, MK Dons and Lincoln City whilst Lelan, 23, made 33 appearances for Crawley last season.

Barrow have signed attacking midfielder John Rooney on a free transfer from Guiseley. The 27-year-old is the younger brother of England and Manchester United record goalscorer Wayne Rooney. Meanwhile, Bluebirds boss Ian Evatt has appointed Peter Atherton as his assistant manager.

1 July

Bromley have signed Lebanon forward Omar Bugiel on a two-year contract. The 24-year-old, formerly of Forest Green Rovers, began his career in Germany.

The National League club have also given a new contract to 35-year-old former Birmingham City and Wolverhampton Wanderers defender Roger Johnson, who was part of the Blues' 2011 League Cup-winning side.

Solihull Moors have signed striker Danny Wright, following his release by League Two Cheltenham Town. Wright, 33, has previously represented seven different clubs in the National League.
