30 June
Harrogate Town have signed striker Sam Jones, 27, after he left League One side Shrewsbury Town by mutual consent.
28 June
Hartlepool United have signed midfielder Gus Mafuta, a member of Salford City's promotion-winning squad last season.
The 24-year-old, who has agreed an undisclosed-length deal, is the sixth summer signing by Pools boss Craig Hignett.
Woking forward Jake Hyde, 28, has signed a new deal with the Cards for next season.
Barrow have signed former Blackpool and Stoke midfielder Mark Waddington, 22, on a one-year deal.
Ebbsfleet United striker Danny Kedwell has said he is leaving the club after four-and-a-half years.
27 June
Dagenham & Redbridge have signed defender Will Wood on a one-year deal which will come into effect on the 1 July. The 22-year-old left-back signs after he left Accrington Stanley's academy.
Ebbsfleet United have brought in 34-year-old former Luton Town and Leyton Orient midfielder Alex Lawless.
Former Wales international Andrew Crofts has joined Yeovil Town in a player-coach role. Boss Darren Sarll said signing the 35-year-old is a "great coup" and he still has a "hunger for playing".
26 June
Solihull Moors and Wrexham will be the National League's two representatives in the Scottish Challenge Cup in 2019-20.
They will enter at the third-round stage alongside teams from leagues in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Boreham Wood and Sutton United were the English teams involved in the competition last season.
Yeovil Town have signed 28-year-old Chelmsford City striker Rhys Murphy and Forest Green Rovers defender Lee Collins, 30, on two-year contracts. Meanwhile, 34-year-old defender Gary Warren has left after having his contract terminated by mutual consent.
Chesterfield have signed Anthony Gerrard, Josef Yarney and Jack McKay on two-year contracts.
Centre-half Gerrard, 33, joins from Carlisle United, while Newcastle United's Yarney and Cardiff City's McKay arrive having spent time on loan with the Spireites in 2018-19.
Dagenham & Redbridge have signed former Bristol City midfielder Mitch Brundle, 24, on a two-year deal.
Aldershot Town have signed 21-year-old striker Connor Shields and 22-year-old full-back Robbie Tinkler.
24 June
Ebbsfleet have signed striker Gozie Ugwu, 26, following his exit from fellow National League club Chesterfield.
Ugwu ended last season on loan at the Kent club, who finished eighth in 2018-19.
FC Halifax Town have signed 20-year-old out-of-contract Bolton Wanderers midfielder Jack Earing on a two-year contract.
22 June
Maidenhead United have signed striker Jake Cassidy following his release by Hartlepool United.
The 26-year-old Welshman scored four goals in 33 games last season, most of which he spent on loan at Maidstone.
Former Sutton United defender Jason Goodliffe has returned to the club as assistant manager.
The 45-year-old, who also played for Stevenage and AFC Wimbledon, will be number two to boss Matt Gray, who was appointed last month.
Woking defender Jack Cook, 25, has signed a new deal with the club for the forthcoming season.
Cook joined The Cards from Hampton & Richmond last summer.
21 June
Bristol City midfielder Jake Andrews has signed a pre-contract agreement with Torquay United to rejoin the club on a two-year deal.
The 21-year-old spent last season on loan with the Gulls, helping them secure promotion from National League South.
Dagenham & Redbridge have signed midfielder James Dobson, 27, from Sutton United for an undisclosed fee on a two-year contract.
Barrow striker Jack Hindle, 25, has signed a new one-year contract with an option for a further 12 months.
20 June
Bromley have signed 19-year-old forward Korrey Henry, who ended last season with Braintree Town, where he scored five goals in 15 appearances.
Dagenham & Redbridge have signed forward Reece Grant from fellow National League side Aldershot Town for an undisclosed fee. The 24-year-old has agreed a two-year deal at the EBB Stadium.
Hartlepool United have signed French striker Gime Toure, 25, who appeared in the National League for AFC Fylde and Sutton United last season.
Chesterfield have completed the double signing of full-back David Buchanan, 33, and goalkeeper Luke Coddington, 24.
Both players will join officially when their contracts with Northampton Town expire at the end of June.
19 June
Solihull Moors have signed winger Ben Usher-Shipway, 20, from fellow West Midlands-based non-league club Boldmere St Michaels.
Dagenham & Redbridge have signed versatile 22-year-old Will Wright following his departure from Colchester United.
Dover Athletic have signed striker Steven Rigg. The 26-year-old spent last season in the National League with Gateshead, for whom he scored nine times in 44 games.
18 June
Aldershot Town have signed goalkeeper Mitch Walker, 27, who has spent the previous seven seasons at Dover Athletic, and midfielder Ethan Chislett, 21, from Metropolitan Police.
Shots left-back Lewis Kinsella, 24, and midfielder James Rowe, 27, have signed new one-year contracts at the EBB Stadium.
Barrow have signed 23-year-old Patrick Brough, who can play on the left side of defence or midfield, following his departure from Scottish club Falkirk.
Midfielder Jon Barden, 26, has signed a permanent deal with Sutton United, having spent the final two months of last season on non-contract terms at Gander Green Lane.
Woking defender Ben Gerring, 28, has signed a new deal with the newly-promoted Cards.
17 June
Woking have signed 25-year-old former Braintree, Dover and Boreham Wood defender Manny Parry.
Aldershot have signed midfielder Dean Rance following his departure from Ebbsfleet.
14 June
Barnet have signed goalkeeper Scott Loach, who will join them on 1 July after his contract with Hartlepool United expires.
The 31-year-old's previous clubs include Watford and Ipswich Town, and he was an ever-present in the league for Hartlepool over the last two seasons.
13 June
Eastleigh have signed central defender Rob Atkinson from Fulham and Basingstoke Town winger Sam Smart - and made it three signings in the day by re-signing midfielder Joe Partington from Bristol Rovers.
12 June
Woking midfielder Kane Ferdinand, 26, has signed a new deal to remain at the newly-promoted National League club.
Left-back George Smith has joined Harrogate Town as the National League club's sixth signing of the summer transfer window.
The 22-year-old joins subject to FA and league approval.
Ebbsfleet United midfielder Jack Payne has joined Eastleigh on a permanent basis following his successful loan there last season.
The 27-year-old previously played alongside Spitfires boss Ben Strevens at Gillingham and has also had spells at Leyton Orient and Blackpool.
AFC Fylde have signed former Watford, Sheffield United, and Colchester United midfielder Mark Yeates.
Yeates, 34, most recently played for Eastleigh in the National League and helped them to a play-off spot last season.
Hartlepool United have signed winger Luke Molyneux on a permanent contract following his release by Sunderland.
The 21-year-old played 16 games for Pools during a loan spell last season, scoring twice.
Dutch striker Manny Duku, 26, has signed for promoted National League club Torquay United on a free transfer from Cheltenham.
Torquay boss Gary Johnson previously signed Duku during his time in charge of the Gloucestershire club.
New Gateshead manager Mike Williamson has made his first signing, bringing in full-back Alex Nicholson from Blyth Spartans.
Nicholson, 25, also played for South Shields, helping them to win the FA Vase two years ago.
11 June
Maidenhead United have signed 30-year-old former Billericay defender Joseph Ellul.
Former Premier League striker Jon Stead, 36, has joined National League side Harrogate Town.
Stead, who scored when Bradford City famously beat Chelsea in the FA Cup fourth round in 2015, left Notts County at the end of last season.
Eastleigh manager Ben Strevens has signed a new two-year deal to remain with the club until the end of the 2020-21, while assistant manager Jason Bristow and goalkeeping coach Ross Flitney have also agreed fresh two-year contracts.
Aldershot Town have been granted a new 118-year lease at a significantly reduced rate by Rushmoor Borough Council.
The Shots currently pay £25,000 a year to play at the EBB Stadium, but that figure will drop to a peppercorn rent of £1 should the Hampshire club be granted planning permission to redevelop the ground.
Former Chesterfield full-back Charlie Williamson, 57, has been appointed as the club's new heard of recruitment and chief scout.
Gateshead have named former Newcastle defender Mike Williamson as their new player-manager. The 35-year-old replaces Dave Dickson, who left the club on Monday following their demotion to National League North - read more.
Former Port Vale owner Norman Smurthwaite has told BBC Nottingham Sport that he has no interest in buying National League side Notts County.
The Magpies, who were relegated from League Two last season, have been up for sale since January, but Smurthwaite said speculation linking him with the club is not true.
10 June
Dover Athletic have signed defender Paul Rooney, 22, on a two-year deal.
Rooney was most recently with Colchester United and had loan spells with non-league clubs Bromley and Billericay last season.
Woking have agreed to sign goalkeeper Sam Howes following his release by Premier League club Watford.
The 21-year-old will complete the move on 1 July after his contract with the Hornets expires.
Harrogate Town have signed defender Will Smith from Championship club Barnsley.
The 20-year-old spent the second half of last season on loan at Darlington.
7 June
Teenage Notts County forward Kion Etete has joined Premier League side Tottenham Hotspur for an undisclosed fee.
Etete, 17, made six appearances for the Magpies last season and joins Spurs after impressing during a trial period with the Champions League finalists earlier this year.
6 June
Midfielder Nicky Featherstone, 30, has signed a new contract with National League side Hartlepool United.
Dover Athletic have signed three new players, including 24-year-old centre-half Will de Havilland on a two-year deal following his departure from Maidstone United.
Midfielders Oscar Gobern, 28, and Kurtis Cumberbatch, 23, have also joined Dover.
Dagenham & Redbridge have signed left-sided player Bagasan Graham, who has agreed a one-year deal after leaving Ebbsfleet.

Chesterfield have signed Liam Mandeville, 22, on a two-year contract following his release by Doncaster Rovers.
4 June
Ebbsfleet Unitedhave signed central defender Ayo Obileye, 24, from National League rivals Maidenhead United.
Havant & Waterlooville have signed former Sutton United midfielder Nicky Bailey, 34.
Salford City have signed Eastleigh midfielder Joey Jones, 25, on a two-year deal.
Remy Clerima, Brad Keetch, Ryan Upward and Josh Kelly have all signed new deals with Maidenhead United for the 2019-20 season.
3 June
Salford City have signed versatile former Plymouth Argyle defender Oscar Threlkeld, 25, on a two-year deal ahead of their first season in the English Football League after he was released by Belgian club Waasland-Beveren.
AFC Fylde have signed 21-year-old forward Kurt Willoughby from National League North side FC United of Manchester, where he scored 20 goals in all competitions last season.
Defender Elliott Johnson, 24, has signed a new two-year deal with Barnet, where he has made 241 professional appearances since coming through the club's academy.
Sutton United have signed 25-year-old Lebanon international Omar Bugiel following the striker's release from National League rivals Bromley.
Bromley have signed 32-year-old former Dagenham goalkeeper Mark Cousins from Barnet.
