Burton Albion 1-1 Peterborough United

Peterborough had to settle for a point from a keenly fought 1-1 draw with Burton after Mo Eisa's first goal since December was cancelled out by John Brayford's leveller.

The Posh striker bagged his 14th league goal of the campaign six minutes after half-time as poor Burton defending allowed Siriki Dembele to find his strike partner for a clinical finish into the bottom corner.

Albion's response came on 65 minutes, skipper Brayford meeting Oliver Sarkic's corner with a powerful downward header.

Blustery conditions at the Pirelli Stadium made flowing football difficult between two of the best counter-attacking sides in League One.

Albion struggled to create anything of note in the opening half, while the best that Peterborough could muster was a long-range piledriver from Jack Taylor that Kieran O'Hara beat away from danger.

Eisa almost bagged a second, but O'Hara made a smart save with his legs as Posh tried to re-establish their lead.

They almost surrendered all three points when substitute Scott Fraser's late drive flashed past the post in the final minute.
