Queen of the South 0-1 Raith Rovers: visitors clear in second after win
- Published
Gozie Ugwu's first-half strike earned Raith Rovers victory at Queen of the South and moved them clear in second place in the Scottish Championship.
Ugwu turned in Reghan Tumilty's cross before Rovers withstood some late pressure for a priceless win.
John McGlynn's side move two points clear of Dundee in third and are crucially seven points ahead of rivals Dunfermline in fifth place.
Two points from their final three matches will guarantee a play-off spot.
Queens, meanwhile, stay sixth, just three points behind fourth-place Inverness Caledonian Thistle as the race for the play-offs looks set to go down to the final weekend.
