Innes Cameron headed Alloa ahead at Cappielow

Greenock Morton remain in the relegation play-off spot after drawing at home with Alloa Athletic in the Scottish Championship.

The Cappielow side dominated the first half but fell behind when Innes Cameron headed the already relegated visitors ahead from Steve Hetherington's corner.

Alloa's lead lasted six minutes as Markus Fjortoft, also from a corner, fired in after Brian Mclean's delivery.

Morton stay second bottom, behind Ayr United on goal difference.

The Greenock side, who have not won in five league outings, move to within a point of Arbroath, who lost 4-3 away to Dunfermline Athletic. Alloa have now lost four in a row.
