Defender Diego Llorente has rejoined Spain's Euro 2020 squad after testing negative for Covid-19 for a fourth time.

Leeds' Llorente and captain Sergio Busquets tested positive earlier this week.

This led to Spain's Under-21 squad playing their friendly against Lithuania on Tuesday, winning 4-0.

Llorente has returned negative results in four tests since with indications the first result was a false positive.

Spain have confirmed they vaccinated the entire squad on Friday morning, three days before their European Championship tournament opener against Sweden.

La Roja manager Luis Enrique had questioned whether the vaccine's side effects would affect his players before their first match of Euro 2020 on Monday.
