31 August

Aldershot have signed French striker Wassim Aouachria from Charlton on an initial three-month loan.

Aouachria is a former Marseille youth player and has been with the League One Addicks since 2019.

Barnet have agreed a season-long loan deal for Norwich City goalkeeper Aston Oxborough.

The 23-year-old has yet to make a senior appearance for the Canaries but was previously capped at England under-16 level.

Bromley have signed Portsmouth right-back Haji Mnoga on loan until January.

Mnoga, 19, has made 13 appearances for Pompey and became their youngest debutant at 16.

28 August

Yeovil Town have signed 20-year-old defender Jack Robinson on loan from Middlesbrough until 10 January.

Robinson made his firs start for Middlesbrough in the Carabao Cup against Blackpool this season.

Yeovil have also signed Millwall's Dan Moss, 20, on loan until 3 November.

27 August

Grenada international goalkeeper Reice Charles-Cook has joined Bromley.

The 27-year-old began his career as a youngster at Arsenal and played more than 50 games for Coventry City as well as having spells at Bury, Swindon Town, Shrewsbury Town, Macclesfield Town, Boreham Wood and Welling.

Bromley have also signed 19-year-old Millwall forward Sean O'Brien on a youth loan until 22 September.

Former Ipswich midfielder Ryley Scott has agreed a deal with Dagenham & Redbridge.

Scott was released by the Tractor Boys in the summer of 2019 and has recently been playing in Portugal.

Maidenhead United have signed Luton Town midfielder Sam Beckwith on a season-long loan.

The 19-year-old made his first team debut in the Carabao Cup first round loss to Stevenage earlier this month.

26 August

King's Lynn Town have agreed a loan deal until the end of the season for Ipswich Town midfielder Brett McGavin.

The 21-year-old has made 11 senior appearances for his parent club and has also had previous loan spells with Bury Town, Concord Rangers and Ayr United.

24 August

Southend United have re-signed midfielder Will Atkinson on a short-term deal until the end of January.

The 32-year-old, who played 173 games for the Shrimpers between 2013 and 2017, was most recently with Alfreton Town.

Barnet have signed former Crawley Town defender David Sesay, 22, on a one-month rolling contract.

20 August

FC Halifax Town have signed 23-year-old striker Gerry McDonagh, formerly of Tamworth and Aldershot.

Maidenhead have signed former Barnet midfielder Charlee Adams, 26, after a spell on trial, while 17-year-old defender Jack Senga has joined from Reading on a work experience loan.

King's Lynn have signed striker Malachi Linton on a season-long loan from League One side Wycombe.

The 21-year-old is yet to make a first-team appearance for the Chairboys but has had spells at non-league Slough Town and Lowestoft.

Eastleigh has signed centre-back Christian Maghoma from League One Gillingham on loan until January.

The 23-year-old has made 12 appearances so far for the Gills.

Stockport County have brought in midfielder Arjan Raikhy on a loan deal for the entirety of the National League season.

The 18-year-old has played once for the Villa first-team, featuring in the FA Cup tie against Liverpool last season.

FC Halifax Town have signed 19-year-old Blackburn Rovers goalkeeper Aidan Dowling on a month-long loan deal.

19 August

Halifax Town have signed right-back Javid Swaby-Neavin on a short-term deal ahead of the upcoming National League season.

Swaby-Neavin, 20, came through Oldham Athletic's academy and has previously had spells with Ashton United and Radcliffe Borough.

Woking have signed midfielder Tarryn Allarakhia on a one-year deal.

The 23-year-old has spent the past three years with Crawley Town, making 53 appearances in all competitions.

18 August

Southend United have signed QPR striker Hamzad Kargbo on loan until the end of September.

The 19-year-old had been on trial at Phil Brown's side during pre-season.

Barnet have agreed a loan deal with Leyton Orient for goalkeeper Sam Sargeant.

The 23-year-old has signed an initial two-month contract with Orient retaining a 24-hour recall option.

Chesterfield have signed former Harrogate goalkeeper Melvin Minter, 26, and midfielder Jim Kellermann, 25, after the pair were on trial at the club.

Former Aldershot player Kellerman has gone straight out on loan to Tamworth.

Weymouth have signed former Yeovil and Dorchester midfielder Dan Neild following a trial.

17 August

Yeovil have snapped up former Blackpool striker Adi Yussuf, 29, following his release by the Tangerines.

The Tanzania international spent last season on loan with Wrexham and Chesterfield.

Notts County have appointed Alex Clapham as first-team coach to assist manager Ian Burchnall.

16 August

Bromley have signed former Colchester United defender Omar Sowumni following a trial.

The 25-year-old made 19 appearances for the U's last season, having joined them from Yeovil in the summer of 2019.

Eastleigh have signed striker Danny Whitehall on a permanent deal following his departure from Kilmarnock.

The former Maidenhead player, 25, last played in the National League during the curtailed 2019-20 season.

The club have also agreed one-year contract extensions with trio Ben House, Danny Hollands and Alex Wynter.

Club captain and midfielder Hollands, 35, is now in his fifth season with the Spitfires while striker House, 22, has agreed to stay for a second season. Defender Wynter, 27, has been with the club since summer 2018.

13 August

Southend United have signed striker Matt Dennis on a season-long loan from Norwich City.

Dennis, 19, joined the Canaries in June 2020 and has been training with Southend throughout the pre-season.

Yeovil Town have signed Sonny Blu-Lo Everton on loan from Watford until 15 January.

The 18-year-old played under Yeovil manager Darren Sarll when he was the manager at Watford's Academy.

King's Lynn have agreed to sign Chesterfield midfielder Joe Rowley on loan until 4 January.

The 22-year-old made his debut for Chesterfield in 2017 and has since made 88 appearances for them.

Solihull Moors have signed striker Andy Dallas from Cambridge United.

Dallas, 22, made 33 appearances for the U's after joining from Rangers in 2019.

Aldershot have signed striker Ibrahim Akanbi from National League South side Maidstone United.

The 24-year-old was Maidstone's top scorer in the 2019-20 season with 11 goals before the campaign was cut short due to Covid-19.

12 August

Woking have agreed a deal to sign winger Jordan Maguire-Drew on loan until the end of the season from Leyton Orient.

Maguire-Drew spent the second half of last season on loan at Crawley Town where he scored once in 17 appearances.

Grimsby Town have signed Sheffield Wednesday midfielder Alex Hunt on loan until January.

The 21-year-old has made 14 first-team appearances for the Owls after making his debut in August 2018.

The Mariners have also brought in Coventry City winger Will Bapaga, 18, on a season-long loan.

11 August

Boreham Wood have signed striker Scott Boden after he was released by fellow National League side Chesterfield this summer.

The 31-year-old spent the second half of last season on loan at Torquay, where he scored six goals in 18 appearances.

Grimsby Town have released Wales international winger George Williams, 25, from his contract after a year with the club.

Williams, who was part of Wales' Euro 2016 squad, made 23 appearances for the Mariners in all competitions and has gone on to join League Two side Barrow on a one-year deal.

Wealdstone have announced the signing of five players in the build-up to the start of the new National League season.

Midfielder Charlie Cooper, 24, has joined after spending last season with Woking, while former Dagenham and Redbridge attacking midfielder Medy Elito, 31, has arrived after a year out of the game.

A third midfielder, Zach Dronfield, has signed for the Stones after being released by Norwich, while goalkeeper George Wickens, 19, has joined on a season-long loan from Fulham.

Young goalkeeper Alfie Marigliani has also signed on non-contract terms.

10 August

Chesterfield have signed Boreham Wood striker Kabongo Tshimanga, 24, for an undisclosed fee on a three-year deal.

Tshimanga scored 38 goals in 79 league appearances for the Meadow Park side.

Torquay have signed 20-year-old former Yeovil midfielder Gabby Rogers.

9 August

Barnet have signed winger Daniel Powell on a two-year deal following his departure from Crewe Alexandra.

The 30-year-old, who has also had spells at MK Dons and Northampton, scored 12 goals in 60 appearances during two years with the Railwaymen.

7 August

Eastleigh have signed central defender Joe Low, 19, on loan from Championship side Bristol City until January.

Torquay United have signed ex-Cheltenham Town forward Dan Holman and former Arsenal and Bolton youngster Chiori Johnson for the forthcoming National League season.

6 August

Bromley have signed ex-Watford winger Harry Forster, 21, who ended last season on loan at the club, and 23-year-old centre-forward George Alexander, formerly of Millwall.

5 August

Bromley have signed former Arsenal Under-23s winger Nathan Tormey, 21, following a successful trial with the National League club.

Stockport County defender James Jennings has retired at the age of 33 because of a knee injury.

Jennings, who made 31 league appearances for the Hatters last season, also had spells with Macclesfield, Cambridge, Mansfield, Forest Green and Wrexham.

Solihull Moors have signed midfielder Lois Maynard from fellow National League side Stockport on a season-long loan.

The 32-year-old Saint Kitts and Nevis international won promotion to the Football League with Salford in the 2018-19 season.

3 August

Eastleigh have signed 25-year-old midfielder Tom Whelan following his departure from fellow National League side Chesterfield.

Notts County have signed striker Kairo Mitchell from Chesterfield for an undisclosed fee.

The 23-year-old, who has agreed a two-year contract, scored eight goals in 28 National League appearances last season for the Spireites and previous club King's Lynn.

Altrincham have signed former Rotherham United midfielder Ben Pringle, 33, following a trial with the National League club.

Bromley have signed former Watford defender Toby Stevenson, 21, and midfielder Archie Burnett, 18, from Isthmian League Premier Division side Margate.

2 August

Former Bradford City midfielder Harry Pritchard, 28, has joined Eastleigh on a free transfer.

The Spitfires have also signed ex-Southampton midfielder Jake Hesketh, 25, following his departure from the Premier League side.

Woking have signed Birmingham City midfielder Kane Thompson-Sommers on loan until January.

The 20-year-old signed his first professional deal in 2019 and has been playing in the Championship side's under-23 side.

Solihull Moors have signed former Stevenage striker Danny Newton, 30, on a one-year deal.

1 August

Stockport County wing-back Macauley Southam-Hales has signed a new three-year deal with the club.

The 25-year-old joined County in September 2020 and made 30 appearances last season, scoring twice.

FC Halifax have signed midfielder Matt Warburton, 29, following his release by Northampton Town.

He scored four goals in 25 games for the Cobblers last season.
