Dunfermline Athletic 0-3 Arbroath: Winless Pars stay bottom

  • Published

Arbroath heaped pressure on Dunfermline Athletic manager Peter Grant by easing to a 3-0 Scottish Championship victory.

Dunfermline's investment under new boss Grant saw them touted as title contenders but they prop up the table with one point from three games.

Michael McKenna netted twice either side of a David Gold strike as Arbroath secured back-to-back victories.

Kai Kennedy struck a post for the hosts and Kevin O'Hara and Nikolay Todorov had would-be equalisers disallowed.

Arbroath substitute Luke Donnelly had a goal ruled out for offside as three proved enough for Dick Campbell's men.
