Partick Thistle 0-0 Dunfermline Athletic: Visitors still searching for first league win after stalemate
- Published
Dunfermline Atheltic are still searching for their first Scottish Championship win after playing out a stalemate at Partick Thistle.
Both goalkeepers made crucial saves as Owain Fon Williams clawed away a curling shot from Ross Docherty after the break at Firhill.
At the other end, Jamie Sneddon repelled Craig Wighton's effort after a defensive slip from the home side.
The point means Dunfermline remain bottom, while Thistle stay fourth.
It was 50 years to the day since Thistle beat Celtic 4-1 in the League Cup final and many of that squad were in attendance, but they were not treated to any goals.
